Write to info@prowave.online. Messages are read by the editorial team of NICE connection s.r.o., the publisher named below. Please include the address of the page you are writing about, which makes a correction considerably faster to act on.
Anything you put in an email is held only for as long as it takes to deal with the matter and for a short period afterwards; the retention period is stated in the privacy policy. Please do not send account credentials, payment details or identity documents. Prowave has no use for them and no reason to hold them.

What this address is for
- Corrections
- A factual error, a broken link, a statement that no longer matches its source. These are dealt with on the page and the review date is updated. This is the most useful kind of message this site receives.
- Questions about coverage
- Why a title is or is not in the library, why a table cell is empty, how a particular statement was sourced. The reasoning is set out on the method page, and anything it does not answer can be asked here.
- Questions about advertising
- How the commercial arrangement works and what it does and does not affect. The full explanation is on the affiliate disclosure page.
- Privacy requests
- Access to, or correction of, any personal information the publisher holds about you, and complaints about how it has been handled. The process and the escalation route are set out in the privacy policy.
What this address cannot do
Prowave is an independent publisher with no relationship to any game publisher beyond the advertising arrangement disclosed on this site. It holds no game accounts, has no access to any game's servers, and cannot act on any of the following:
- Recovering, unlocking or restoring a game account. Contact the game's publisher directly.
- Refunding a purchase, reversing a charge or resolving a payment dispute. Contact the seller, then your bank or card issuer, and see the ACCC for your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Technical support for a game, a launcher or an installation. The publisher's support channel is the only one with the information needed.
- Reporting a player, a scam or online abuse. Use the game's own reporting tools, and Scamwatch or the eSafety Commissioner as appropriate.
Response times
Prowave is a small publication and replies are written by people rather than generated. Expect a few working days for anything that needs research. Corrections are usually actioned faster than they are acknowledged, so if a page changes before you hear back, that is why.
